Completing a named report.When you fill in a Request Support from an Advisor form, a Report and Support team leader , will assign the case to an advisor. For students, the advisor will be one of our Tackling Harassment Advisors. For staff, cases will be allocated to an Employee Relations Manager. Each advisor is provided with a login and can only access cases that are assigned to them.

The allocated advisor will contact you and arrange a meeting to discuss what you have told us. This can be in person, via phone or via MS Teams.

Please note that the information that you share through Report and Support does not constitute a formal report such as a complaint or grievance. When we speak to you we will discuss your options with you, there is no expectation that you progress to a formal procedure.
